Foundations for Agility
This class gives you and your dog the very best start in this fun sport. We will introduce your dog to the game of agility and provide methods to begin the process of teaching your dog a reliable contact behavior, independent weave pole behavior, beginning handling skills, tunnels, foundation for jumping and much more! The methods used in this class provide ways for you to work on many skills at home with minimal space and equipment. Students in this class will need to have at least one jump at home, and a board or “box” that can be used to train the contact behavior. Specifications for the board or box will be given to enrolled students.
Requirements: Dogs must be a min of 11 months of age
